Everyone I dealt with from start to finish on completion were friendly, highly professional and maintained regular contact with me throughout. The high standard of the house details attracted several companies from outside wanting to market my property.
I would not hesitate in recommending the whole team at the Gillingham office to others. I am thankful I chose them .... Read more

Unprofessional criticising another agent which I wanted to go with as they were ineffective over a 16 week period I had two viewings the last viewing agent allowed half an hour but was 15 minutes late for the appointment and therefore handed over the viewing to us. The agent has never been to the house so didn’t know the house, when speaking to the manager, she became aggressive... Read more

Promise the Earth do not fulfil their promise, passive aggressive lock you into a long-term contract, and when you’re unhappy will not release you from that contract. Our final experience was after we complained. Suddenly Aviva appeared, but was shown round by somebody that had never seen the property had to leave after 20 minutes, leaving us to do the rest of the work, when complained, they argued back, do not recommend them at all... We did not have a good experience with Morton New. They certainly talked the talk but that was about it, tried to get us to reduce the price of our house after a short period blaming the covid pandemic, they seemed to be only interested in the commission they will receive once solded. We changed to another agent and sold our house within 6 weeks for the asking price and paying the agents half a percent less than Moreton New. I personally couldn't and wouldn't recommend them.... The team in Gillingham were exceptional from start to finish. Immensely proactive in finding a purchaser in a matter of weeks, following little success with another agent over consecutive months. Everyone playing their part from marketing to negotiation to sales progression to ensure the process was hassle free. Thank you!... Read more

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
