   We have used Connells Estate Agents in Yeovil for some years now. They have always been most efficient, honest and trustworthy. They were super at finding prospective purchasers during lockdown in 2021 when we were selling our house. They were punctual and reliable for conducting viewings and found a buyer super quick. Always giving us feedback and keeping us well informed. We highly recommend them, in particular James who is top of his game and of course Mark the Manager who always makes himself available for any queries. We continue to use them and recommend them.    Danni at Connells Yeovil was extremely helpful in getting our property rented out. She arranged the safety checks and inspections which made it a lot easier for me as I did not have the time to do this myself. Danni deserves 5 stars for all her effort! The only reason why I am leaving Connells 4 stars in this review is to do with getting my name wrong 4 times in the tenancy agreement. This is the fault of their head office that deals with this. The head office keeps getting it wrong despite my several emails to them with the correct spelling!... Read more

   Austin Property Services are fantastic. I am my grandmother's executor selling her property. My priorities in picking an agent were honesty, good communication and good service to make it a stress free experience at a difficult time, all of which were spot on. They are very friendly, caring and answer all my questions really quickly via my preferred contact method, which is email. Sean came round to do our valuation and explained the market really clearly and his recommendation for the offer price was spot on. I felt that Sean really had my best interests as his priority and would not under sell the property. He had a lot more experience in the field than the other agents I spoke to and also lives in the local area so knows it very well. Sean launched the property on Tuesday and conducted viewings on Saturday. We recieved and accepted a great offer on the Sunday. Throughout the sale process, Simon has been requesting updates from both converyancers and keeping me very well informed as well as answering all my questions very promptly. I don't live locally but this was no problem, as they were really helpful in arranging things that needed doing, such as the energy certificate, and giving the buyer access for things they needed to do. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again. Thank you so much for the stress free sale I was hoping for!... Read more
