We unexpectedly found ourselves with nowhere to live, after completing the sale on our property and hitting a delay on the new-build we're buying. Alex pulled out all the stops to arrange a fabulous rental apartment for us and completed all the move-in admin in just 2 days. He even sent emails to us in the evenings after office hours to ensure we moved in on time. He provided an efficient, fast, professional service and we would highly recommend Alex and the Westbourne lettings team. I can't thank Alex enough for all his help, we're so grateful.

We had no experience in selling a property but staff at Slades Southbourne guided us from start to end. I can't highlight the quality of the ads enough, from photos to actual ads being on top of all searches. Unlike the most agencies around the area, they are so accurate with what can be done to finish the deal. With first hand experience of both selling and buying with them, I can’t speak highly enough of the professionalism of the team.<br><br>I firmly believe people buy from people and from start to finish I found the whole team to be approachable, warm and genuine. Whilst making the largest purchase you are likely to make in a life time, it’s important to have faith and trust in the people guiding you through the process. Would recommend to anybody!

As first time buyers they helped guide us through the entire process recommending local mortgage advisors, solicitors and survey teams. They were very knowledgeable about the state of the housing market and how easy it would be to sell the property. Once instructed they found a buyer immediately, although the sale collapsed they were very quick to market the property in arranging several viewings which resulted in a sensible offer which proceeded to a completed sale. Throughout the process the staff at Greys were helpful and professional, especially Joe, who has the patience of a saint! I would definitely recommend Greys in Upton to anyone looking for an agent who understands the market and who will give good and honest advice. Great service.

Jack was polite, helpful and very easy to deal with throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he always kept us informed and was happy to help with any queries we had.<br><br>Buying a house can be stressful, but Jack made the experience much smoother and more straightforward.
