An excellent real estate agent. Communication was smooth and pleasant, and any issues with the house were addressed promptly. We have used Charles Richardson Estate Agents to manage our flat in West Norwood for several years which we recently sold.
Neal was our point of contact for the duration of our experience. While the experience with various tenants over the years has been its own adventure, I HAVE TO SAY that Neal was there for us the ENTIRE time. With both owners of the flat living in other parts of the country we really relied on him and he definitely went above and beyond in our case.
As someone who is living in a rented flat dealing with horrible estate agents I also really appreciated that Neal took care of the tenants as well.
We were nervous to use an agency to manage our property. Neal made our lives so much easier. I'm incredibly grateful to him.
