13th May 2026 (4 days ago)So far not good at all. Took around 3 months for them to answer 4 questions raised by the surveyor. And it seems Adrian does not live in my same universe because it's impossible to get a hold of him or to get an answer on anything. Lastly, and that might not be their issue, but they knew the seller very well, they lied about the readiness of the house and its lease extension. InAugust 2025 the process started, to this day we have zero clue of what is happening. They also tend to blame you and your solicitor, when in fact, it was their side who lied and were slow.

Everyone at the agency is so helpful, professional and really working on your side all the way through the sale. Ian Myton was leading on my 2 sales, he was so persistent in finding the new buyer when first sale chain fell through. He was brilliant to deal with: always available for a call, spent so much time chasing solicitors and just a nice and supportive person when things were being challenging with delays. 22nd Apr 2026 (25 days ago)Buyers beware. We bought a property by a seller represented by KFH Wickham. The process was extremely stressful and, at times, misleading, especially since we were told that the purchase would be chain-free only to be told upon exchange that there was a chain. The property sold to us was left full of rubbish, which we had to pay for ourselves, despite being told that 1) the property would be left free of all rubbish upon completion 2) the large items of rubbish would be removed at seller's expense. Any buyers buying through KFH Wickham, be careful, and ensure you receive all requests or have all actions fulfilled before key milestones in your purchase.

We never feel rushed during viewings and most importantly, he has such a bubbly personality and we never feel under pressure. Facts are given but the choice is ours..... We hope we find our property through his recommendation - that would be the icing on the cake ??????
