I was going through a divorce at the time and my x husband and I had a big communication breakdown and Danni and Romael showed us such grace and patience - and worked with us whilst going through such a difficult time Writing this is quite late, but something I endeavoured to do once settled I highly recommend Barnard Marcus Thornton Heath branch as they will truly take care of you - They mean what they say!! The entire team were great at communicating feedback from viewings, and once we were under offer, Tom was instrumental in managing the onward chain and keeping us updated when there were delays. We would highly recommend KFH Streatham to anyone looking to buy or sell.

29th Aug 2024 (15 days ago)Streets ahead came through and helped me with getting a new place in South East of London. The viewing of the property was timely and properly conducted and they were able to provide answers and clarification to my questions. Autumn and Emma were superb in getting my agreement signed and provided me with a complete itinerary of the new place. I am happy with their services and I will strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a house to rent in London.

6th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)If you are considering selling your property in SW16, I would highly recommend Oaks. In challenging market conditions we were considering both selling and renting. Valuations were quickly organised at our convenience. The team had completed research before arriving and we were provided with comparable properties that they had sold/rented recently to guide us. We chose to see our property. The whole Oaks team were very proactive and responsive to our questions. We were always able to get in touch quickly and were given helpful guidance. Thank you to Pav for his enthusiasm and kindness in showing the property and keeping us updated with feedback. He was doggedly determined to ensure as many viewings as possible and followed up with interested parties to organise second viewings quickly. Once a sale had been agreed, we were very grateful to James for his calm, pragmatic approach. He is very experienced and helped both sides to reach an agreement.
20th Aug 2024 (24 days ago)I had a truly awful experience with Foxtons Real Estate Agency last week, and I feel compelled to share it to warn others. The level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customers was shocking. After completing the full payment for a property we were excited to move into, Foxtons informed us just one week before our scheduled move-in date that we couldn’t move in. The reason they gave was vague and completely unnecessary, leaving us scrambling to make alternative arrangements at the last minute. This caused significant stress and disruption to our lives, all of which could have been avoided if Foxtons had acted with even a shred of professionalism. On top of this, their customer service was abysmal. The staff we dealt with were rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping us resolve the situation. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they were condescending and unhelpful. It was clear that once they had our money, they couldn’t care less about the service they provided or the impact their actions had on us. I strongly advise anyone considering Foxtons to think twice before dealing with them. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and careless handling of our situation was beyond unacceptable. I will never use their services again and would encourage others to avoid them at all costs.

They were very unclear as to what steps I needed to take and were slow to reply to my emails. They also communicated with me in a less than friendly manner. If I could give zero stars I would.
