Horrible people
Horrible people . I never thought service is so cheap. The property was inhabitable on the starting day of tenancy, So not moved in, still waiting for the rent and Deposit refunded. No reply for the Emails. Says they have sent the request to the accounts team. No timescale when they are going to refund. They are targetting people who are new to the country. beware...

This agency is very unprofessional.They are not comunicating with the persons.I wanted to let a house.They did not responded for two weeks only text sometimes telling me that they will get in touch with me soon after I sent them.all my details and I made an application.after two weeks called again and they told me that the house is not available anymore.Worst agency ever.

Worst agency ever, they don't respond, constantly feeding lies. I wouldn't recommend to my enemy.
Stayed in an all bills included house, they lied about it and set the utility bill in my name, i called multiple times to change it becausei was at the end of my contract. They assured me they would and stopped picking my calls. I used another number but they picked up...don't work with Anyone from cheapmoov

Was looking to view a detached property for sale at 130 Laird Street for approx £!60k. The property was being already rented out, during the planned sale. They informed me that once a sale was agreed, their tenant would be given notice. Tenant was at property when we arrived instead of agent (during Covid-19 pandemic). The agent responsible to show us around this property told us he forgot 35 minutes later after me chasing them up. They lost a sale for their client, they have zero professionalism in my opinion and I would not recommend them to anyone. better agents out there, these people could cost you and possibly make sales fall through. I do not do business with people like this, reputation is paramount in business, no excuse for their lack of basic manners.. .

If you want be dossed about for weeks only to be made homeless because of trusting the word of these people, then work away. However if you dont like zero communication, agents not showing up when planned and being fed constant lies, stay away from them and save yourself being put in the s**t situation I've now been put in. 0/5
