Only was at the property for 7months, but in that time experienced the best service. Firstly from Darren Savage, who was a pleasure to talk to, and ultimatly who made our minds to take the property, knowing we will be in safe hands. Whilst we was there, we needed a couple of things doing, got hold of Chilterns, and the very next day these items where sorted
Finally, after leaving, had the pleasure of being seen out by the Branch manager Yanis, and Sue Horrex, both of which was amazing to be around, kind, genuine people, who not only saw us out with plenty of laughs and jokes, but also assisted us in a couple of minor problems with the house that we sorted there and then
Couldnt have asked for a smoother ride, right from start to finish
So thankyou all, and hope to deal with you again

I invited three agents to value my mothers property in Weeting I immediately trusted Andrew and knew with his local knowledge and expertise he and his team would be able to sell the property Sure enough a very good offer was secured shortly after both Andrew and Elaine were fantastic throughout helping us along nothing was too much trouble and when there were problems on completion day they both stepped up and helped us to move my mother is happy and settling in well in her new home all thanks to Andrew and Elaine i cannot recommend them highly enough Chilterns are very lucky to have them .

Was professional at first until I met Sue. Her house inspections are up to insane standards. Failed me for having laundry on my couch and dishes in my sink, then wrote a letter to my landlord saying I was a terrible tenant. Glad I moved out when my lease ran up, please let her go and stop the whole inspections every 3 months, it’s unnecessary.

We were actually purchasing a property through Chiltern’s. It was a bit of a roller coaster and in the end it unfortunately fell through due to our buyer pulling out at the last minute. However, I would like to praise the Chiltern’s team for their utmost dedication to us. They really pulled out all the stops in an effort to secure the purchase for us. I dealt primarily with Lucy, but if she ever was not in the office, Andrew knew exactly who I was and was fully conversant with the situation. Their professionalism and personal interaction was outstanding and so warm and friendly. I can’t thank them enough, and hope that I am able to buy through them in the future. Thanks guys - what a team - Lucy, Andrew and Jack!
