Liars and thieves. Throughout our tenancy, we had a good relationship with Christie, paid our rent on time, made accommodations for regular inspections, and got along fine. End of the tenancy comes (due to the landlord increasing the rent beyond which we could afford - one Christie's employee actually had the gall to say we'd put the landlord in a difficult financial position!) and it's the same old story: we spent two days scrubbing the place and used a carpet cleaner on the carpets and they want to take half the deposit for professional cleaning. I can't recommend Brychan and Zoe from Christie Residential highly enough. They were amazing. From the minute we decided to sell our house, they were very quick to get in on the market. Fails to report issues with property to landlord and when it is reported it's done added bits on like "Tennant's were furious" etc , late for inspection appointments (office blamed , we were in receipt of the email ) . Been at property 6 months and still awaiting fixes , not because the landlord is unwilling, because the landlord isn't being told. All staff polite... Read more

Brychan, Zoe, Mike and the whole team at Christies have been fantastic! That is no exaggeration. They were initially reliable and efficient letting agents and, when the time came that the flat we were letting had to be sold (it was my parents flat and they passed away), despite many difficulties during what should have been a simple sale, everyone was very supportive. Always approachable and efficient, I would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars are not enough in my opinion. Thanks a lot guys.... Read more
