Rich at Savills has been an excellent agent to deal with, as have all the staff at the Clifton office. My purchase wasn't the easiest to complete but we got there with Rich's guidance and experience. I would highly recommend him and the team for professional and honourable representation.
Despite some initial difficulties at the commencement of the previous tenancy which were resolved satisfactorily, I find the Clifton team, especially Jane ,very good to deal with.
The only criticism of Savills that I have is of the central administration teams based in Richmond. I don't know whether there are resource issues but I have consistently found that individuals I have needed to speak to to speak to unavailable and ultimately very slow to respond to messages that I have left.
Highly professional service if you're selling and worth a visit if you're just looking.
The bric-a-brac auction is always fun and off the main hall is a secondary auction where you can grab a bargain.
The main auction is where the real treasures are and though the auction house is in a rural, out of the way village, don't let that fool you. You'll find some seriously high-end collectables, I've seen everything from audiophile hi-fi separates to rare vintage wines sold here.
I love an auction and this place is my absolute favourite auction house.
Might be good for buying but selling is a poor expeirence. Have lost lots everytime i have sold (around a dozen times). When you query it misteriously is found and has been sold each time for £2 no matter what it is. Quite suspicious. Nigel is a nice guy. He needs to control his staff better. Lots get changed and mixed up in a quite random manner and not in a way that maxmises value or makes sense
Since the first contact between myself and the staff it was very professional!
Always kept me notified and informed regarding my application to rent a property.
The emails were very prompt, and nothing was unclear.
A very pleasent and simple application.
I would surely recommend this estate agents in the future!! Fantastic!!
My boyfriend and I started renting with Taylor's in July of this year. This company charges the most for their letting fees and so you would think they would have the best customer service, but they do not. When we first moved in my boyfriend and I did a detailed inventory of the property and reported multiple repairs that needed done as well as a strong damp smell in a storage cupboard. We did not get any of these repairs fixed until almost 8 weeks after they were reported and the damp issue has still has not been addressed. As tenants we bleached the walls of the cupboard, provide the storage area with ventilation and still it smells up our entire house. Since I have been living in this house my allergies have gotten worse and so I am worried that there might be mold that is not visible which maybe contributing to my amplified allergies. We have contacted the letting company and our landlord, where we were either ignored or promised that someone would come and look at the property but no actions have been made. We are fed up with this company. I would suggest that you save yourself the frustration and let with another letting company. Taylors DO BETTER.
Great company and always happy to help. Communicate very well be it email or phone.
The times i have dealt with Allison and Tina they have been extremely help full. All in all excellent Letting Agents
Never trust these people .. I rented from these, and the promise too repair if needed, during my stay over two years I asked for help from them and no help ... I understand it's not their fault , but I think they should check on each landloads and landladies before taking on the propties ,and letting out too tantants
