Having sold with Parry’s previously, I’ve just completed on a purchase with them today so have experience on both sides of the fence and I cannot praise the team enough. From the viewings and calls with Vicki in the early days to Heather’s superb work getting all the players in a tricky chain to coordinate and get things across the finish line, the entire process has felt stress free and in safe hands. The team are warm, friendly and personable, they know their stuff and are a joy to deal with. I can’t speak highly enough of them *****

Heather and the team are fantastic. Not only at marketing and selling your property but for the time and dedication spent liaising with others once our house had gone SSTC (the part that other estate agents had let us down on in the past). We had a complicated chain, but Heather was brilliant at chasing and keeping us updated at every step of the way. Without doubt, the best estate agent in the Abergavenny area. I would highly recommend.

Ethan has been extremely helpful from start to completion. He made the whole experience stress free keeping us updated with every stage. We worked with a handful of estate agents while looking for our new rental property around Abergavenny, and Parrys was the most professional and super friendly at all times. When I called their office, it was usually Ethan I spoke with and he is a delight, with his friendly manner and willingness to assist.
Parrys were also the only estate agent we worked with that took the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) seriously, and so they should. To apply for a property means sharing all sorts of super personal data with an agent, and in the wrong hands, identify theft can easily take place.
One estate agent required me to send all my personal details to them by email - bank statements, and photocopies of ID included. Shocking!
Whereas Parrys utilise the secure system created by RightMove, providing safeguards protecting clients sensitive information from getting into the wrong hands.
Choose wisely next time you are looking to rent/buy/sell a property. Identity theft is not something you ever want to deal with. GDPR is the law and all estate agents need to pay attention, or pay huge fines as a consequence.

Parry’s made the sale of our property go smoothly. They gave us a realistic selling price and managed our expectations. The photographer who came round was a top bloke, whose photos and video made our house come alive for any potential buyers. We dealt predominantly with Gemma who was fantastic. Easy to get hold of and returned our calls the same day. When we had any worries she was on hand to resolve them. All of the staff at Parrys were friendly and approachable. We can’t recommend them enough for the sale of your property. Thank you so much
