After a difficult divorce I was selling the family home.
I had tried numerous agents and their service was dismal, to say the least. I felt unsupported and as though I was just a number on their books.
However, with this agent the service was tailored to offer support and it wasn’t all about commission. James assisted with a number of issues that arose due to the nature of my ex and ensured the whole process ran smoothly.
It is refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely does put the client first and foremost. This company relieved any anxiety I had previously experienced and kept me abreast of progress.
If you want a smooth process from start to finish with a honest and helpful agent, that will always go the extra mile……I would save yourself time and give them a call.

I recently bought a property that was sold by Churcher Estates. I was very impressed by the way James conducted the viewings giving me plenty of time and answering all my questions both at the viewing and afterwards. This was so much better than my experience of other agents who rushed viewings and sometimes knew very little about the property they were selling. The lovely young man James valued my house, I was more than happy with the valuation. My house went on the market on the Thursday morning, and I was given an offer of over asking price on the Tuesday, after 15 people had been to see it. James was totally honest about what I could expect, and he behaved with total integrity too! I feel as though he worked really hard for us!I would totally use Churcher estates again. He deserves to do exceptionally well.
