From the start Ian and his team were extremely professional and presented our home so well we wondered why we were selling.

We rented out our semi-detached, dormer, bungalow through Ian Anthony for over 10 years. Living in North Wales, we relied on Ian and his team to maintain the property and find suitable tenants. They were able to locate and vet a flow of occupants over the years with only a few periods when it remained empty.

From the moment I contacted Ian Anthony the service was excellent.
Ian attended to appraise my home and was professional and extremely knowledgeable. The follow up was quick, thorough and well presented with no sales pressure.
The property was marketed and the management of viewings by Ian and his team was exceptional.
The use of e mail and text alert by way of reminder made the process seamless.
The house sold within days for more than the asking price. Ian and his team have been polite, courteous and supportive throughout the whole process.
Each time I called I spoke to a member of the team, never once having to leave a voicemail, which having experienced the service from some other local agencies there is no comparison on service.
I would highly recommend this company who in my view are first class.
