I was a Cityscape tenant for more than 6 years. It was my first tenancy when I moved to Glasgow with my family. I had a great experience with Cityscape. He genuinely cares about well-being of the tenants. Ian is a professional, helping, proactive and the most important he is easily approachable, a friendly person. The repairs and maintenance required was promptly addressed and completed with due diligence. The checkout was absolutely smooth. We were sad that we were leaving and moving to new home. I was a Cityscape tenant for a year and I can only highly recommend them! I appreciated the cleanliness of the property when I moved in, and attention to any need for repairs or checks during my tenancy. The check-out was absolutely smooth, as well as the return of deposit. Ian is professional, approachable, flexible, and very responsive and prompt in communication, which I particularly valued. He offered a personalised approach and built a trust relationship - I felt he genuinely cares for the comfort and wellbeing of tenants. Having rented from other agencies, I know this is rare. It was a breath of fresh air to finally have a property management team who actually cares about their tenants and builds a relationship with them. Ian and the team at CS property were so quick to fix any issues, easy to communicate with and always made sure we had everything we needed in the house. We were tennants with Cityscape lettings for 1.5yrs and had an absolutely fantastic experience with Ian there. He always responded quickly, was professional and friendly and an all-round great guy! He was so accommodating when we needed furniture moved, and when we asked for a plumber one was sent out straight away. Our flat was really lovely and a great price and we were very sad to leave. We will leave our original comments as it were as there is nothing to add , apart from our total appreciation for all the hard work Ian and his team have done over the past extremely difficult 18 months. We live abroad and are relying totally on an agent to manage our flat in Glasgow. We changed to Cityscape Lettings as we were very frustrated with our previous agent.
