This will be the second property sold on our behalf by Clare Evans & co.
This estate agent knows her business!
We were given a comprehensive and knowledgeable valuation on two properties put up for sale which were marketed very well indeed, both sold near the valuation given. She has a very good knowledge of the areas she specialises in, which is in and around mid wales we wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again.

Just travelled 60 miles here 120 mile round trip to have a look at Temple Street, Llandrindod Wells To be told that Claire would not show me around She will maybe do it sometime next week she would let me now!
To say I am Frustrated Would be an understatement If I was the vendor of this property I personally would like to know !

Although I have been visiting the area for many decades, this was my first ever house purchase. So I was fortunate to have Clare Evans recommended to me by friends here, to help guide me through this entire process. The staff have all been very friendly, helpful, encouraging and professional throughout. Equally, they seemed to have just the sort of (detached) properties I was looking for, compared to other Agents I tried, a testament to the faith that local sellers have in them.
In conclusion, I would not hesitate to recommend them and should I ever need to move again, they would be top of my list.
