We hit some hiccups along the way, through no fault of our own, and the service we received resolving these issues was absolutely amazing. In the end the sale/purchase went through, and without the efforts and commitment of Andrew Turner and his colleagues, it could very easily have all collapsed. Very very pleased and thankful.

Whilst the only in-person dealing that we had with MMP were on the first viewing and then completion day, the phone support has been great. The purchase took 5 months despite being very straightforward, all because of issues with my solicitors and mortgage advisors however MMP were very understanding and even helped me to chase things up. There were a few times where I felt a little overwhelmed with the chasing but it was more because I was frustrated with the lack of news that I could give as my solicitors were so tardy and loved giving vague updates when chased. Overall, the knowledge and support from MMP throughout has been great and they have helped to put me at ease.

Neville went above and beyond to get our house on the market within 4 days so that it would benefit from all of the visitors on the Easter bank holiday weekend. He took great photos (waiting for the sunshine in a rainy week). He checked that we were happy with everything and he got it on the market really quickly. Also Rhiannon and Caroline in the Llanidloes office were very helpful. And Andrew Turner gave us sound and ethical advice and when the first sale fell through he rang around the previous offers and managed to sell the property without restarting the sales process.

Caroline and Andrew, with whom i had the most contact, were always very helpful. The phone was usually answered promptly, emails were a little more hit and miss, especially when they were visibly busy. Andrew was very concise in his responses, which was useful, though (and not a complaint, more an observation) i usually felt he was rushed to his next task whilst we spoke. However, he called out of hours one morning when i had asked for a call, which i was grateful for. The gentleman who showed us around both times was friendly, knowledgeable of the area and we felt under no pressure to rush, which was appreciated. Although i had emailed saying we'd found a house so mmp could remove us from the list, we are incredibly grateful that this was not done quickly as our preffered house with mmp came back on the market and we'd have missed out otherwise and we will be eternally grateful for this! Thank you all again.

Just disappointed with them. I thought we had moved forward with house sales? We seem furthermore in a 80s situation with people / agents ...encouraging over pricing of property?
Surely we should be looking at prices of properties being of a true value and not a means to improve sales profits?
Sad...really sad.

Very professional team based in the Llanidloes branch. Every time I needed to get in touch the whole team knew about my sale and purchase and were very responsive in replying. Polite and Well presented at all times and Andrew Turner did and amazing job at the portfolio of the property as well as a great walk through video tour of the property allowing people a feel of the place before coming through the door.
