We are dealing with Adam Goldstein at Countrywide (within Clive Watkin Bebington) and he has been fantastic so far! explained everything to us clearly and has done everything really quickly as he knows we are keen to get into our lovely new house! We are currently at the survey stage so hopefully we will be completing in the next few weeks. We recently purchased our home through Clive Watkin, the transaction of the sale was not a smooth process. This was a result of other people in the chain. However, Ashleigh kept us informed throughout the whole process, she was constantly calling with updates and doing her best to keep the chain together.
