Her communication skills are nothing short of exceptional; she was always responsive, professional, reassuring and went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and knew exactly what was happening.<br><br>We have been absolutely wowed by the level of service we received. Buying a house can be stressful, but Katie made the whole experience feel so much easier. We always felt that we were in safe hands and that she genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful for her amazing support, hard work and dedication throughout. I've just moved into my new rental and cannot express enough gratitude for Farrah and Danica.<br>Farrah showed us around the property and was incredibly good at shepherding the process through to completion - including some adjustments we needed to make to our guarantors mid process.<br>Danica gave us a great welcome tour.<br><br>Thank you for helping us obtain such a beautiful place!

Olivia and Josh at Clive Watkin Neston were brilliant with my house purchase from start to finish. Always available for a call if I needed to chase anything up and also working in the background to try and speed things up with the sellers solicitor. No issues at all.
