The sale transaction was via the Bromborough Branch and was directly handled by George. Furthermore, George truly went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and somehow enjoyable! He provided a plethora of knowledge and understanding to help identify projected timescales and potential obstacles, to help approach each stage proactively.

I would give 0 if I could.
I put an offer in last year for a house on Athol close, that was massively over-priced as house across the road was sold 50k less a couple of months back. However, we did not offer anything less but the asking price. The agency lied over and over advising that they couldn’t get a hold of the owner as he lived abroad. A week later I spoke to another agent who said it’s not the case that they can’t get a hold of the owner but he wanted to leave the property on the market for longer to see if he gets a better offer.
Horrible communication and lies after lies. It stopped us from looking at other properties for a whole week.
I would definitely not recommend dealing with this agency. We ended up selling and buying through Bradshaw Farnham and Lea. They were absolutely brilliant.

We have been viewing a lot of properties with various estate agents and Holly at Clive Watkin really stood out for us. We were due to view two properties, one after the other, and even though we turned up to the wrong one first by mistake (!), she was extremely friendly, came over to meet us and was professional the whole way through. Unlike many other estate agents, she walked us through the properties, explained the benefits and potential of the properties as well as the areas. Even though neither of these two properties were right for us, Holly said she now had a better idea of our requirements and has already, within a week, called us with a new property about to come on to the market which could work for us. It has been a great experience as a buyer, but I can see how they can add a lot of value to sellers in their proactive, professional and trustworthy manner.

There were some rocky patches with being in a chain, but honestly, could not fault the professionalism and high standards that we encountered during the purchase process. **AWFUL COMMUNICATION!**
A property became available in a desirable location for me. As a night shift worker getting hold of people during a 9 - 5 can present challanges however this Bromborough branch of this company have scaled new heights.
Upon seeing this property become available I left a message on the office answer phone stating there was no need for me to view the property as I was fully aware of its particulars and I would take it at once, all that was required was a call/email (all details I left on the message) to inform me of how much was needed and when I could arrange payment.
THIS MESSAGE WAS IGNORED.
Okay....maybe its very busy, so I leave a second message.
IGNORED.
Okay so this time I will email AND I will use the contact form on the website.
IGNORED
By the end of the week I had to go into the office only to be told the property has an application on it.
Now this might sound like having no luck however this is the second time this has happened with this branch and company with the SAME property.
Yes it had an application on it a month previous. This is how I knew i did not need any information about the property. A month previous I had recieved a call to tell me the property had an application on it and I asked if anything should happen to contact me at once. This was also ignored.
Dissapointed doesn't quite cut it.

The whole process from start to finish was overseen by Wendy & Paige and what we particularly liked was how they all work as a team, so if someone wasn’t available, there was always someone else ready & able to step in. Buying & selling your home is up there as one of the most stressful things you can do and the staff in the Bromborough office were an absolute pleasure to deal with, they had our backs from day 1, they liased with the builder and solicitors on both sides and kept us in the loop with regular progress reports. Wendy in particular made herself available to us even on her day off, her knowledge and experience was second to none and we had many ‘before work’ phone calls with Paige. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you all so much guys

From start to finish the women at Clive Watkin Bromborough were absolutely fantastic. I'd never moved house before, and was looking to rent my first place. I enquired about the property online on Sunday, viewed it Tuesday, Wednesday the landlord accepted me out of a list of other viewers, application all sorted and approved and a move in date chosen by the Thursday!
Whether on the phone or in person everyone was lovely. Nothing was too much for them and they had a really happy energy all the time.

My family and I have just moved into our new rental property with the help of Clive Watkin Bromborough. The staff, Diane and Michele have been fantastic throughout the whole process. From arranging viewings, assisting with referencing and answering all of our many questions and queries, regardless of how small. Awful communication. Failure to respond to contact re renewal of lease or disrepair of property. Increased rent without the proper notice. Awful experience when not renewing the lease along with allegations of damage caused with no evidence supplied. Threatened with legal action after they failed to respond to DPS deposit request, still no evidence. Demanded responses within a day despite their own failure to respond to correspondence within 2 weeks.

I would give this branch 0 starts if it were possible to do so. The organisation and communication in the place is a complete joke.
A while ago I applied to rent an apartment that was advertised by this branch. I paid my fees and got the ball rolling, but due to being constantly messed about by the referencing agency, I decided to cancel this process. I was assured by the member of staff I spoke to in regards to this, that I would receive my referencing fee back, as they had had several other complains over the previous few months regarding this particular referencing company. A month went by and I saw no sign of this refund and after several phone calls and several moths later I have still yet to receive anything. The woman I seem to always speak to when I call up, if they actually answer the phone at all (I think her name is Denise) is either incompetent or simply just doesn't care, constantly and obviously fobbing me off, saying she will call me back, which of course she never does. It almost feels like I am being scammed out of my fee. Very unhappy with the service.

Tried to make appointment to view same property on several occasions and still waiting for call back! The lady who took my details was very rude and made an insulting personal comment. The vendor who is using this agent to supposedly market and push their property, is unaware of the very poor standard of service. There are far more professional local agents.

Impossible to get a viewing that works for us. Rang last week and was offered 5:30 that evening by Brian, so told him I would arrange it and call them back. I phoned back 20 mins later and Brian was out and was told there was no way to they would arrange a viewing at that time. feeling somewhat confused, I said I would call again the following week.
I rang today and the earliest viewing is next Friday. They have a lot of viewings...
