From a very accurate valuation (better than others in the area) through to professional, courteous staff handling visits to the property at times to suit me, it has been a very smooth experience. Particular reference must be made to Laura, who personally managed everything from valuation through to exchange, despite a complex chain, keeping me regularly informed every step of the way. We used Clive Watkin for both a sale and purchase and I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend to anyone.
From listing to completion took 9 weeks, so to anyone looking for a pro-active, professional and accessible estate agents then look no further.
We have recently had discussions with Emma regarding another sale. Whilst we havent put the property on the market yet her advice has been invaluable, she isn't pushy and we would not consider using anyone else.

I would 100% recommend Clive Watkins in Crosby. I used them to purchase my house in Nov 19. My main contact was Emma who was brilliant, however, whenever I spoke to anyone at the office they were all excellent. Emma, understood my house requirements and recommended only the houses that fit my requirements. Emma was always on hand to answer any questions and went over an above. When Emma called to advise of a property that had just come on the market (which I went on to purchase) I asked could I see it right away because I was available. Emma, said "yes no problem, I will meet you there in 10 minutes". Emma, also patiently came with me for multiple viewings of the same property which enabled me to measure up, meet builders etc. Nothing was a problem, the big thing for me was Emma always called me back when queries were pending. My pet hate is having to chase companies for an answer. There was a delay in the purchase of my property (which was a legal anomaly), Emma and in her absence her colleagues would regularly keep me updated which was always reassuring as buying and selling houses is a stressful experience.

Not that I ever plan on selling my new home (as it is perfect), I would definitely use Clive Watkins.

Absolutely delighted with the service provided during the sale of my house. From the outset I received clear and well thought through advice. I was kept fully informed of the progress with viewings and the ensuing feedback, this was particularly important as I was managing the process remotely. The sound advice paid off as a buyer came forward amazingly quickly and a deal agreed. Emma and her team went above and beyond to sort out an emerging difficulty which was neither of their making or strictly within their remit to resolve but because I was unable to visit the property they stepped in to sort things out on my behalf. Selling houses is always stressful business, however Clive Watkin made it as easy as it could be. Thanks Emma and everyone in the Crosby Branch’s sales team, I would certainly use your services again!

I have dealt with Clive Watkin for a few years as I am a Landlord. They found me great tenants very quickly and did all the back round checks etc which some agents do not do correctly. The team at Clive Watkin were fantastic from start to finish, i had viewed several properties with them before finding my dream first home! They notified me of properties before they even went on the market and kept in contact with me on a regular basis. This is the first time I have sold and bought a new house and chose Clive Watkin as a friend recommended them as they had bought & sold through them in the past. I haven't been disappointed, they are extremely professional and Cathy has been a star all the way through, along with Ashleigh & Amie. Nothing is too much trouble, and they are always on hand to answer the simplest question that you may think is a silly question. I will be recommending them in the future to anyone that needs an estate agent.
