I found the team at Clive watkin in Neston were absolutely fantastic helping me find my dream home Josh was so patient showing me round so many houses .
Everyone was so helpful every step of the way letting me have extra viewings and keeping me updated every step of the way .
I would not hesitate to recommend Clive Watkin for buying or selling they really do go above and beyond

My experience of buying a house through the team at Clive Watkin in Neston was exceptional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Gemma and Josh pulled out all the stops at every stage and were super-reponsive to emails and calls, always following up on queries, keeping me updated, and even trouble-shooting further up the house chain to get things moving. Danielle was equally incredible with my mortgage and home insurance, even being commended by my solicitor for her great service! Thanks to all the team - you are amazing!

Should have written this months ago but would like to thank the Neston team, especially Josh and Gemma, for all their support in helping me find my first home. I went for a viewing with Josh for a house I missed out on but he took the time in that viewing to understand what I was looking for and what was important to me, not only within the home but also the area. I was about to give up and have a break from looking when he sent me the perfect home for me. Four months later I was standing at the door with the keys to my new home. Gemma was wonderful throughout the process giving me regular updates of how things were progressing and was happy to answer my many many questions. A very friendly team that made what is a stressful process easier. Thanks guys!
