From the moment I instructed Curlett Jones I received a great service. My photographs were fantastic, the marketing was superb. My house was SSTC within the first 2 weeks, 1st viewing and first time buyer. My main point of contact throughout was Oliver, he was fantastic. He was always there if needed to answer any questions,chase up anything for me, I really cannot fault the service he provided me with from start to finish. I feel Oliver is a very personable estate agent and puts you at ease. He speaks to you with confidence, but follows through on what he says he will do.
I would high recommend Curlett Jones to anyone wanting to sell or buy their property, the standard of service provided is second to none.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful awful awful service. Genuinely I suspect that some of these 5 star reviews are fake because it doesn’t make sense that so many other people have had such amazing experiences with curlett jones and mine was so awful. Didn’t have a bed for the first 2 weeks of living in my house. Genuinely can’t even be bothered to list the many many bad experiences with this company (including them never telling us when people would just walk into our house to do work on it and leaving it in such a disgusting condition not even cleaning up after themselves??!!!). But ontop of all of the other unlisted things, they haven’t paid me or any of my housemates our deposits back. It’s nearly October and we moved out in July. Actually TERRIBLE

Remy Corke!!!What can I say!!!!
I found myself in quite a scary and uncertain position, in that my current landlord suddenly decided to sell my current rental property out of the blue ????
As you can imagine this has been extremely stressful and I was finding it difficult to deal with.
Then I spoke to Remy and everything changed.
He has gone above and beyond to help me, nothing has been off limits, and his supportive and understanding manner means the absolute world!!!!
In less than 3 weeks, Remy has bent over backwards to secure me a new property and changed my life for the better.

I traveled for three hours by train in one direction to Liverpool to see the flat. To my great disappointment, the flat was totally different from the pictures on Rightmove.
The layout of the apartment was completely different, and instead of luxurious finishes, there were leaks under every window.
This was one of my worst experiences dealing with an estate agency :(

The moving process itself went so much better than my partner and I expected. Even from the very beginning, the letting agent Holly and her colleagues have been extremely helpful with any questions we had and were even available on the day to help us move our belonging up into the property. The building is still a work in progress so there’s still a lot of workers around the building, but the property itself is absolutely stunning and I can certainly see us staying here for a while. I would definitely recommend the agency and their properties to anyone looking to have a stress free and successful move.

CJ sold my family home the first day it went to market. Outstanding photos, communication and transparency throughout.
A special mention to Angela who was professional, friendly and direct when needed, going over and above, and out of hours on some occasions. When other agents and lawyers were using excuses, Angela was tenacious in her approach, keeping the pressure on to make sure the deal completed.

Throughout the whole process, the team at Curlett Jones have been excellent. Angela, along with Ollie and Chloe achieve a great balance between professionalism and a friendly, down to earth attitude which is reassuring and much needed by anybody going through the process of buying and selling property. Angela didn't let the grass grow and always got things moving with her "can do" attitude when they seemed to be slowing or actually at one point, at a complete standstill!
