Used for 1 year of letting. Many issues, barely ever replied to emails when i brought up the issues to them. very lack luster. very little information ever given to me about move in or out procedures. made me drive an extra hour just for the keys. wouldnt recommend. HSI fail to provide a competent service for landlords. This includes failing to resolve the many issues raised with transparency of repairs, missing payments or accurate accounts. I would not recommend these to anyone.save your money and your stress levels and go elsewhere.... Read more

Came home from work one day to find a for sale sign in my garden with no notice given. Was promised the sale would only be to another landlord, only to find myself showing a family round who intended it to be their new home!!. Absolutely disgraceful letting agents. Tried to keep my deposit for no good reason and when this was challenged began sending argumentative and childish emails threatening to keep my deposit regardless. I enquired with the deposit schemes to find they had failed to secure this 3 years earlier despite them denying this and attempting to fool me with false evidence. Upon being found out they then secured my deposit but tried to say the date i moved in was wrong (i had evidence to prove this was untrue). Then found out from the deposit scheme they had used their own details instead of my own to authorise its release!!! (Also have proof of this) deposit scheme helped me block this from happening pending court action where i was awarded my deposit back plus compensation. This company advertises its self as honest and trustworthy...the advert itself is a huge lie as far as i am concerned. Most of the 5star reviews on here are from their own staff team also from what i can see...incompetent management and disgraceful service... Read more

Great Company! hsi properties where great through-out my whole contract in a property they fully managed, any maintenance issues reported where dealt with promptly and professionally. Someone was always on hand regarding any queries or issues i had in the property. I eventually ended up purchasing through hsi properties which went through within 4 weeks, I would highly recommend!... Read more

biggest scammers. i had severe mould/damp in my property, it showed up about 2 months after we moved in. they had the cheek to try and blame it on me, lied through their teeth for two years just so they didn't have to do repairs they're LEGALLY obliged to do. landlord didn't care, letting agents only care about money. seriously AVOID this company at all costs, hope they go out of business. gang of greedy SCUMBAGS!... Grossly inept and lazy. Many visits to this office to ask for repairs to be done or to sort out various other problems in the flat over a period of a couple of years yielded nothing. I once listed problems in the property to a girl at the front desk who took notes. When I glanced down at the notes she was taking it looked like the scribblings of a child. They are utterly useless as estate agents and do not care at all about tenants' problems. Garbage.... Read more
