I put an offer on a house in March that was on with Coast & Country . Richard Davis and Charlie Cole could not have been more helpful . The process was complex as the house had been put on by executor of the husband but also involved the wife who had a POA acting on her behalf . So, the process was drawn out ..completed yesterday 26th June ...but Charlie and Rich were constantly on the case and more importantly kept me in the loop. I visited the house several times with builders, electricians and other members of the team were equally as helpful. Nothing was too much trouble . Looking forward to moving to Goring that isn't boring according to my daughter who 5 min drive away. Many thanks again for great service that ensured the sale happened.

I had my flat up on the market with an estate agent which I began to feel wasnt being handled very well, and I saw a few properties whilst looking for my next home and was very impressed with the agents from coast and country. So I decided to ask for them to come view my property and went with them. Phil looked after the sale and got it sold first time...aware it sometimes takes the right person but the help during the sale and communication between him and charlie was unbelievable especially as I had to deal with a lease hold sale that is more complicated and they couldnt have been more helpful. We have today exchanged and will be completing tomorrow and Chris Trott and Charlie Cole could not have done more to help the process along. Our solicitors were a nightmare but it felt like we had the full support and backing from Chris and Charlie from day one. They really went above and beyond their job roles and what was expected for them and if it wasn’t for us working as a team I don’t think we’d have completed before Christmas. Hopefully we don’t move again for a long time but when the time comes I will be using Coast and Country as our estate agents and will be advising all my friends and family who are selling to do the same. Charlie and Chris it’s been a pleasure - although the solicitors were a headache, I will actually miss our multiple daily update calls and strategy meetings to get things over the line!

Much like a bride at her own wedding, it is not usual for a purchaser to comment on the work of the estate agent they bought through. However, having experienced solicitors on both sides who were 'less than competent', I have to compliment Phil, Charlie and the guys for their continued support, chivvying and good communication in getting my purchase finally completed. We have mixed reviews as past tenants in two properties managed by Coast & Country.<br>The first flat we rented got taken over by Sean from Coast & Country from a previous agency we rented from. We had already a problem with a boiler leak and the flooring which got damp and rotten due to the leakage. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach an agreement with the landlord to keep the flat while the repairs took place but the way our notice was handled was somehow disappointing. We got a section 21 no fault eviction letter in our post box without being informed we were gonna get one. It came a bit of a suprise as we had quite a good relationship with the agency and would have expected at least a phone call or a text informing us that we were gonna get evicted.<br>We were also not very happy as how maintenance request or queries got dealed with. The only way to log them in was to send a Whatsapp message which sometimes got ignored or acknowledged only after two or three messages later.<br>On the good side, Sean was reasonable, easy to talk to and most of our maintenance requests and queries got sorted out eventually.

Having just moved house, with quite a large chain, I can honestly say everyone at Coast & Country were fantastic. Technically they sold our house twice as we were on the market last year and they sold our house within a week of being on the market. We then changed our mind for various reasons and when we went back on this year it was only going to be C&C selling it, and again they did so within a couple of weeks.
