They attended the first meeting soon after our chat on the phone, we went round the property where they pointed out the benefits and also the issues needing attention. Having been an estate agent myself I could tell straight away that Mark was someone I could work with to get my property sold. His wealth of experience and knowledge built up over many years really shines through.

We have just rented a property with Compass Residential. Ann Marie our agent was lovely, friendly & personable. She made the whole process very easy & smooth. She is responsive, attentive & made the effort to answer any questions we had in regards to the property/contract. I had never heard of Compass Residential prior to finding the property on Rightmove so was a little dubious at first but any doubts went away straight away. They put your deposit in with TDS, registered under the property ombudsman & ARLA propertymark.
Mark who happens to be selling our current flat for our landlord is also great to deal with, friendly & professional.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Compass Residential & if ever looking for a property again, I would like to go back to them.

I was referred to Mark and Ann Marie at Compass Residential to act for my cousin and her family as they were emigrating abroad and wanted to rent their home in Pinner which was approx 8-10 miles from Compass’ office.
Mark told us “it’s not an area we usually cover but don’t worry as we’ve rented many properties outside our focus area before and never had an issue finding tenants.”
Compass arranged everything for us and the tenants, who are lovely people, are looking after the property as if it was their own.

After being on the market for 18 months with big name agents i had very few viewings and no offers. I met Mark of Compass through a local business network group and gave him the listing. There were several viewings very quickly and after 6 weeks I was happy to accept an offer close to the asking price.
The difference was the advice given and the fresh photos were taken by a professional photographer. Other agents didn't really bother and didn't make me feel like a valued customer. Mark was always on the ball and didn't need to be chased, in fact, he phoned regularly with updates.
