We had a pleasent and encouraging experience with Rolstons as we are exploring buying in the area. We met with Stefan and Michael. Michael has continued to keep us posted which has been very helpful on entering the market. He is not pushy, consultative and refreshingly transparent. Definitely a different experience to what we have historically found. We found this from our first interactions with Scott Rose to now with Michael Torchio. We hope to find a property with them soon!

Just completed on selling my house today with Rolstons. Extremely happy with the service from start to finish, Stephen and Paul have been EXCELLENT.
I have used 3 other estate agents in watford in the past (2 of them are big chains) and my experience was terrible with them (the stereotypical cocky, lying, would sell their granny for a fiver type estate agents) but my experience with Rolstons has given me faith that there are some estate agents out there that are competent, decent human beings! I actually felt like they were working for me and not for themselves.
If you're selling a house in Watford, save yourself a headache and use Rolstons!

Paul, Matthew, Scott and the rest of the team worked tirelessly to help us navigate the sale of our flat. We had struggled for offers for 5 months with a previous agent but after 5 days with Rolstons we had 2 offers and eventually (after needing to find a second buyer ASAP), a completed sale. The team are clearly in touch with market needs and supported us every step of the way with legals and other elements well outside of their role. We couldn't have been happier with our experience and would thoroughly recommend Rolstons as a go-to agent of choice for any house sale.

Just trying to book viewings and already particularly unimpressed with these agents. Property adverts don't seem to be updated when sold stc, and the agents seem to be trying to generate their leads in a sneaky manner.
Booked a viewing and was told the wrong property had been booked, and when swapping to the correct property was told it 'could not' be booked sooner as they had more staff to do viewings on the Saturdays. I told them this wasn't a great reason for an agent to not be able to show a property sooner to which the agent agreed, said he would confer with a colleague and call me back, after which I was called back immediately and then told the property had in fact been sold with another agency... Thoroughly unimpressive.
