Had a fantastic experience renting from Rennie and Co. Stephen was more than helpful throughout the whole tenancy, very responsive and friendly. I would reccomend renting from a Rennie and Co as the experience was seamless.

I have just purchased a property through this company and have to say that i've no idea why people gravitate to the large corporates who offer lots of glossy posters but no experience or customer service, when companies like these literally nurse maid you through the process. Stephen Kirsch has been nothing but a godsend throughout the entire purchase and has kept me and my wife sane, explaining every step of the way in plain English with the words of someone who has bought and sold properties of his own rather than the young people playing property monopoly working in the agencies.

I’ve noticed Rennie & Co have asked for an update as of Jan 2021.
Here is my update;
I rented a property with Rennie & Co in 2015, you are rude, unprofessional and you lie.
I was not a problem tenant, I’ve rented numerous properties in different locations and not once had any issues.
I am glad Google Reviews exist in the hope that it does warn a potential renter or landlord to avoid your business and to look elsewhere.
I won’t be emailing you to discuss my review because there isn’t anything to discuss. I don’t need to provide my details to own my comments. Take the feedback on hand and change your attitude, maybe then you will stop getting bad feedback.

Staff are always very helpful and efficient and I have had many great interactions with them. This has been my first experience renting and they have made everything very easy and enjoyable. Love my new flat and would highly recommend this estate agency for first time tenants like myself! Thank you Rennie and Co.
