As a new renter, Completion Sales and & Lettings were very happy to help me to obtain a property. They were quick with their responses and had all my paperwork approved within a week of visiting the property. We managed to get approved all within a week and kept in contact throughout the process. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and professional, they were able to help me with any questions I had. Overall a seamless process without fault.

Unhelpful and rude agents, and dropped the ball when we offered over listed price on a letting within 24hrs of a viewing. I would avoid for renters, and it seems landlords would miss out on good deals through ineptitude.
2 stars for organising a viewing at short notice.

Give them my perfect property to rent out . Got it back after long fight only half months rent was payed all utility bills in the mess house is in unliveable condition. Please never trust this agency they are proper scammers. Forget about your deposits. There are many estate agents around with honest reputation.

I recently rented a house through Completions Sales and Estate and I was thoroughly impressed with their level of service. From the first phone call to till date, the team was incredibly helpful and supportive.
What I appreciated most was their guidance throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand what I was looking for in a rental property and provided me with several options that met my criteria. Throughout the application and move-in process, they were always available to answer my questions and provide support.
Overall, I would highly recommend Completions Sales and Estate to anyone looking for a rental property. And a special thanks to Tania for providing amazing and exceptional service.

When we speak about our agent Caleb - Just Wow! I got really great service and prompt responses from Caleb, He is very clear from the beginning and I really admire his service to us.

Completion was amazing from start to finish. It is my 1st time here in UK and have surely heard lots of ghastly stories of other agencies giving tenants a challenging time. On contrary, Completion gave us a smooth and unforgettable experience. They were both considerate and compassionate where they could with our situation.
To start, our agent, Caleb was particulary keen on the details, kind and very warm. He was very prompt and admirable with all his responses. Gold standard service and attitude. If one gets to encounter him expect nothing but just extraordinary assistance and a thoughtful demeanour all the way.
At the office, we got to meet up with our Landlady and everything was taken care of rather handsomely. They were quite fair both to our landlady and ourselves when handling a few situation we had to tackle. I believe the experience from both tenant and landlady sides were in themselves quite a remarkable one altogether. Completion gave us welcome gifts that contained a few snacks, a drink, some chocolates, a sanitizer and a few other bits and bobs.
I would most definitely recommend Completion and Caleb in a heartbeat!

I have had quite a few experiences with different agencies here in London and Completion Sales and Lettings are by far, the best. Our agent, Caleb was outstanding. He practically elevated the experience for us. He was detail oriented, accomodating and made us feel genuinely cared for. He was very professional and polite, even after we have secured the property. (The agents I've had in the past were ruthless and rude once we stayed in the property already) Communication was smooth and responses were prompt. We now have an amazing landlady and a beautiful property we get to call our home. Everything was made easy for us, not to mention the thoughtful care packages they provided for our new home. Either the past agencies were terrible or we were extremely lucky to have availed their services. We definitely recommend this agency and of course our star agent, Caleb! Thank you guys for being the blessing in such a trying time. God bless and more power to you guys.
