    I used Foxtons in Brixton recently to sell my flat. I was very impressed with the professionalism of their staff. They really do work hard at what they do. And they work with the person too, prepared to go that little bit extra. Very good indeed.

    This estate agents are very good and from a lot of company I've speak to, the Foxtons are the best. Also the stuff with I spoke are well organize. You know, that they are listen to you and each time when they calling you or when you meeting them, they know what you are looking for. They just prepared for chating or meeting. Strong recommended!!

    [Nov 2016 update] Property Management team is far from responsive, even when our tenants were late on rent! No follow-up on other smaller issues neither. Do THINK TWICE before opting for property management service! --- Very good experience working with the Lettings team. Truly impressed by our contact, Poppy Thompson, she helped us let our flat in a short timeframe and delivered highly efficient and professional service. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to let your property.

    Josh Liddall has been fantastic. He has come across in a very professional manner from day one, always available to be contacted, even outside of the core working hours. After the initial few properties not meeting my requirements, he was quick to get back in touch with a relevant place. Although it was above my budget he recommended that I come and see it to make an offer – this worked out very well. I feel the way Josh dealt with me as a potential tenant was outstanding, he is a true asset to your company and reflects your core values strongly. I have recommended a number of my friends to approach your branch due to the professional friendly service that was provided. I look forward to acquiring my next short term agreement through similar channels a few years down the line.

    Flat hunting - (Lettings) I had the misfortune of leaving it very last minute to find a place. We approached the Foxtons in Temple Fortune wanting some assistance to speed up the online grind of searching, calling, confirming and travelling around to properties. Silvana a Lettings agent from Foxton's was our agent. Silvana has the most outgoing and friendly personality a lettings agent could have. She was bundles of entertainment for my son who bounces off of all walls! In all fairness the first set of properties we went to see were out of the range we wanted to be paying however we realised factoring in central heating or water for instance makes a huge difference in being able to agree higher prices. Trusting your agent to show you the right properties also is a big factor. I was effectively punching under the belt to get something cheaper when in fact a little extra goes a long way in the lettings market. In my particular experience I had some bad luck with a Landlords insurance providing issues for one of the parties involved. Silvana didn't stray away from this if anything she involved the lettings Manager Dean and they both picked up gears to get us a place as time was the key. This is my personal thank you to both Silvana and Dean, they went above and beyond to help us and done perhaps more than you would expect from a typical lettings agent. This is my second time letting with Foxton's and won't be my last. A special mention to Dean who facilitated the hard parts directly with Landlords and also communicated information back to me without me having to chase endlessly. Dean is an example of pure a customer focused leader. He's on the floor with the agents getting involved and supporting his team as well as assisting the ugly parts of lettings. He definitely was the key to my current tenancy. PS I was very surprised Dean even responded out of hours and appears to not have any days off ???? Thank you for everything guys. You will not be forgotten.
