I lived in a property Coopers managed from 2018 to 2022 and I would be wary of letting through them again. I think Rob is ultimately a kind man, and I know there were good reasons for periods of slow response, but we did have two periods in the property without a valid gas safety certificate, with no compensation, and that unfortunately leaves a slightly bitter note to our experience....
