Jemima referred us to reputable surveyors who thoroughly evaluated the home we ultimately decided upon. She helped us coordinate and follow-up at each turn. When I was ready to put on offer on a property, she went above and beyond negotiating my best and final offer which got accepted ! We both sold our house and purchased a new house through Devenports. For our sale they gave a very sensible valuation which meant that the house had lots of interest and a buyer was found quickly meaning we could secure our onward purchase. They were happy to organise viewings at timings to suit our young family which was also appreciated. The team could not have been more helpful and efficient when dealing with both conveyances and were always available to assist when needed.
