Thank you all at Devenports for your hard work and support over the last 3 months going from initial listing to completion.
It's been a whirlwind, but your approach, professionalism, good humour and attention to detail throughout have been fabulous. From our first contact with Aaron and James, through viewings with Jemima, Katy's constant support in the office and Nina smoothing the after sales process through to completion we couldn't have wished for a better experience. They take the stress out of what's supposed to be one of the hardest things to do in life!

Judging by the other reviews on here I am the outlier, but I found Devenports chaotic and near useless in my search for a property. The (pleasant but slightly panicky-sounding) lady who called me up a couple of times was always rushing and for some reason never seemed able to send me any specific property details via email. The only emails I did get during those three or so weeks were generic ones for "off market" properties not in my favoured area and way outside my stated budget. Luckily we have since found somewhere to buy, fairly easily as it happens..

Jemima referred us to reputable surveyors who thoroughly evaluated the home we ultimately decided upon. She helped us coordinate and follow-up at each turn. Very happy with my experience at Devenports. My agent Jemima provided great service, turned up on time for my viewings and very knowledgable about the property and area. When I was ready to put on offer on a property, she went above and beyond negotiating my best and final offer which got accepted ! We both sold our house and purchased a new house through Devenports. For our sale they gave a very sensible valuation which meant that the house had lots of interest and a buyer was found quickly meaning we could secure our onward purchase. They were happy to organise viewings at timings to suit our young family which was also appreciated. The team could not have been more helpful and efficient when dealing with both conveyances and were always available to assist when needed.
