A terrible agents who have acted dishonestly from the beginning of the process..... The flat I was due to move into has cladding work for the next 24 months. During which I will have my windows covered (No natural light) and unable to use my balcony. At no point was I made aware of this and now they have said I can pay them £900 to replace myself on the contract. But they have to find a new tenant first. Until which time I am liable for rent.. I haven't even collected the keys. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!... Read more

Whilst nice people, the admin and finance team are very frustrating to deal with. Appreciate this year has not been easy but on numerous occasions emails and queries go un-answered unless chased multiple times. We moved out of our rental property at the end of September and we are still awaiting confirmation as to the status of our deposit. Whilst we appreciate our landlord has taken their time their end, there has been no sense of urgency or empathy for us as tenants that we are still waiting on this confirmation.... Read more
