Terrible agency. Ruthless, pressure you into signing a lease, supply you with misleading videos/pictures. I’ve dealt positively with Foxtons at LBridge before but this group were shocking. Staff unhelpful, very junior, very driven to “Foxtons” and no compassion nor understanding. Would never recommend nor would use again - there are far better other agencies in the area.... Read more

We had a proactive and professional valuation and marketing service from Frank Wilson (manager Earlsfield Office) who co-ordinated teams from about 6 offices across London in their efforts to sell our Wandsworth family house in a very difficult and turbulent market. Their advice was data backed and I felt informed throughout the process. Although ultimately Foxtons didn't manage to get the sale, I would have no hesitation in recommending Frank and his team.... Very bad service, terrible staff you feel they show off too much and you think foxtons is something big, but believe me it is not what people thinks, it is just the name and the look from outside, but from inside is very bad. Staff are very rude, ignore your messages and never reply. I don't advise anyone to use foxtons... Read more

If I can find less than a star I will do it, bad customer service and the staff are rude, you will think foxtons is a big thing, but believe me it is very bad and the staff think they are something, when you text the staff about something you got ignored and never reply. Held visits of my property without my permission. Took commission fees and charges of over £7000 for a tenancy that I cancelled in writing, which they said they would pay back. Still have not been reimbursed. Also charged for management fees, for which I never agreed upon. Foxtons charged the tenants rent and took deposits totalling over 4000£ , full well knowing that I had cancelled the tenancy. Furthermore holding the money for 2 months before finally if informing the tenants that the agreement would not be going ahead, loosing them two months of flat searching. Can only assume are in financial difficulties, as withholding money.. The agents ignore your calls and emails.... Read more
