We had previously tried a few agents but were really struggling for 18 months to find a buyer or tenant for our large commercial site. We have worked with Jason in the past so we gave him a call. Jason wasted no time and had swarms of viewing for potential buyers who had the correct credential and financial backing. I am happy to say that within a few short weeks, we have leased our site and have a long mutially benefical lease in place. Jason at Countrywide provided us with good advice and assisted us in identifying, locating and confirming a new tenant for our property in Beckenham, Kent. He was pro-active in keeping us appraised during the process and always made himself readily available to discuss matters and help resolve issues as required. Although there were challenges during the process of securing a new tenant due to their responsiveness, Jason managed to keep the momentum of the transaction going to ensure a satisfactory conclusion.
