Jason at Countrywide provided us with good advice and assisted us in identifying, locating and confirming a new tenant for our property in Beckenham, Kent. He was pro-active in keeping us appraised during the process and always made himself readily available to discuss matters and help resolve issues as required. Although there were challenges during the process of securing a new tenant due to their responsiveness, Jason managed to keep the momentum of the transaction going to ensure a satisfactory conclusion.
