I instructed Jason of Countrywide Commercial to find a tenant after originally proposing to list the warehouse with another larger regional agent. The other agent seemed to be lacking in energy and interest in dealing with the proposed instruction for reasons that I still cannot understand why, as we had purchased the property via that agency many years previously and had taken advice from them in the intervening period
Jason worked very swiftly to identify the most suitable tenant and he communicated brilliantly from instruction to the satisfactory completion of the deal, including outside normal office hours on occasions. He was the very skilled intermediary who successfully achieved the desired outcome. His advice on matters throughout the letting process was fantastic
I cannot recommend him more highly. I am so pleased that I instructed him and not the commercial agent that I had originally intended to instruct. My solicitor also commented to me on what a good person he was to deal with
If you place your property in Jason's capable hands, you will be very well looked after indeed

We had previously tried a few agents but were really struggling for 18 months to find a buyer or tenant for our large commercial site.
We have worked with Jason in the past so we gave him a call. Jason wasted no time and had swarms of viewing for potential buyers who had the correct credential and financial backing.
I am happy to say that within a few short weeks, we have leased our site and have a long mutially benefical lease in place.

Jason at Countrywide provided us with good advice and assisted us in identifying, locating and confirming a new tenant for our property in Beckenham, Kent. He was pro-active in keeping us appraised during the process and always made himself readily available to discuss matters and help resolve issues as required. Although there were challenges during the process of securing a new tenant due to their responsiveness, Jason managed to keep the momentum of the transaction going to ensure a satisfactory conclusion. I would certainly consider using Countrywide for Commercial support in the future.

Frankly, without his patients and perseverance I don’t think I would have been able to purchase the property.
