Excellent customer service, can't fault them at all. We were in the house in less than a week, no hassle, no judgement.
I would definitely recommend Course and Shelton over the bigger agents as I didn't feel I was just a number and wasn't ignored/no response to emails like I was with other agents.

The company had the odious task of attempting to negotiate with a local Council. A Council who didn't care less, who decided that by offering no replies, no communications or any kind of help in a situation where a persons' home was being compulsory purchased, was the correct way to address questions that the owners and tenants had. Course and Shelton would not be deterred. They tenaciously stuck to the task of working on our behalf and eventually after THREE years of knocking down our home, the Council were convinced by C & S and confirmed they would pay a reasonable price for it. Thank you C & S for your tenacity and professionalism.

Course & Shelton are by far the worst letting agent i have ever dealt with. So far it has taken 2 months and counting for them to fix several broken windows that are falling out of their frames. they continually refuse to repair or acknowledge that the building is unsafe to the extent i’ve had to phone the local councils building control, environmental health team and the police who have all ordered the necessary repairs to be done but alas they are still dragging their knuckles and grunting something about the landlord not wanting to spend money. if they had one more brain cell between the two of them i’d consider them to be dangerous but as it stands my advice would be to use any other agent as Course & Shelton are extremely unprofessional and inept at their jobs to the point it’s a tragic comedy.
