I paid my last months rent despite the house being empty in good faith, to then have them try and wangle your deposit from you after you went above and beyond to leave the house in a better condition than you got it and worse part is only lived there 8 months, I had 80% house freshly painted, had brand new oven fitted, left fitted blinds and matching lightshades and they STILL try and rinse you! It's really bad I am absolutely gutted!... Read more

Disgusting service since we moved in. Would not help us with any faults in the house when we questioned them. One of the women who work there is very unprofessional as we repeatedly asked her to look into a certain problem and didnt give me a straight answer after numerous calls. They will take any money you have deposited and lie and make excuses as to paying for faults when you leave. 10 days after the move out we were to sit down with S.E properties to have our deposit returned to us as it even says in their contract. Its been 23 days since and still no phonecall. Do not trust these liars and scammers people. Worst business i have ever dealt with. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from all employees.... Read more

I just went in to this estate agents looking to rent. After sitting down with a man to discuss what was on offer, he had to take a call, which I was ok with as it seemed to be business related, initially. He then proceeded to sit on the phone having a casual chat about holidays and other completely irrelevant stuff. This went on for 10 minutes while I made it clear to him that I wasn't happy with just sitting there. I eventually just left as there was no sign of him ending the call any time soon.
