We obtained 4 valuations for a property that we wanted to sell including 1 from this estate agent. We decided only after a short time that we wanted to put our property on the market with Creightons. We were very impressed by their competitive rates snd their knowledge of the property market and their experience of local trends as to the popularity of certain properties within our area. Based on this experience, they were able to give us a good indication within a realistic and accurate time frame as to how quickly our property would most likely sell. This proved correct and we sold in very good time! We liked the idea of the WhatsApp group that they set up under the title of the property. This was an excellent way of quickly exchanging updates and other information such as contact details, viewings, offers made, solicitors and buyers progress and other things as time went by. We thought that was a great feature and it proved to be very useful. The staff were helpful, informative and very friendly from start to finish and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
