Jackie, Kirsty & Paige are quite simply the best in the business!! Having not moved house for 20 years, we were quite out of practice of what the process entails BUT the Creightons Team guided us through every step of the way. With their tireless dedication, ultra professionalism, yet warm & friendly customer service, we cannot recommend Jackie & the team highly enough. To say they went above & beyond is an understatement.....even helping us to source a new removal firm at the 11th hour when ours let us down. Even though our chain was relatively small, we did have a few challenges that required expert handling = step forward 'Superwoman Jackie' who dealt with everything with a steely determination, whilst keeping us updated throughout. This is only the 2nd ever google review that we have added (as great customer service is very rare these days) but we felt compelled to SHOUT FROM THE ROOFTOPS what an amazing team Creightons are......the best in the business!!
