Supper service offered by Comfort Propertie for buying new property, renting or any advice related home mortgages etc is Comfort property , I Found them to be very helpful and friendly every time I have been. Always manage to get what I came in for. Excellent advice if you are not sure, Even recommending something cheaper if that will be better for us. If I could I would give them a zero I would. Absolutely useless. I went to view a rental property. First the agent was late, didn't know which entrance to use, didn't know which key or which parking space was allocated to the property. I was the first to view it and wanted to submit an application. I asked 3 times for an application to be sent. After chasing for 2 days I was told the landlord wanted 2 people in the flat and not 1!! I loved the flat and was perfect location and suited my needs as a single professional person. Crazy. Very poor service from their agent. My advise would be to steer clear and go with another agent. If I was looking to use an agent I'd give the same advice with bells on!!... Read more

We waited for half an hour in the freezing cold to be shown a house, it took us contacting them for them to tell us the property had been let. 7 months pregnant in the freezing cold is not fun. Unprofessional and clearly didn't care that they made a mistake. In reply to the response to my review, that was not explained on the phone and no message was left with either of us. We had a 1 miss call at the time of the viewing in which it took us half an hour of calling the agents to get someone to pick up, the lady who spoke with me on the phone was no issue at all, the man who organised our viewing not so much.
