Beware!! A complete lack in integrity! Paid a deposit to them as to which they pressure you to move thing quickly your end, as a result I managed get accepted for a mortgage within a week for them and in the meantime they sold my plot, they told me 7 other people in the block of apartments had the same treatment, this grab the money and run attitude, complete disregarding integrity is one reason I would struggle to deal with them again....
