We used the guys at Rice Chamberlains recently and were very glad that we made that choice.
Our transaction was fairly complicated as it involved a probate and things didn’t happen in the usual order, so we never really imagined that it would come together. As with all house purchases, there were a fair few ups and downs, and at times it has been quite stressful. The team at Rice have been there throughout and their support has been invaluable. I use Rice Chamberlains, in Bournville, to rent one of my properties out. They have successfully found a tenant for me multiple times. They also carry out check-in and check-out inventories on the property, something I value greatly, as well as dealing with the deposits etc. I particularly admire the professional, action-orientated and focused mindset of Maisy, Joe and Hassan. I like to see quick progress and actions being taken to increase the chance of the property being let, rather than a laissez-faire attitude. Keep up the good work team!

Throughout the whole process of buying a property, Aimee in Sales has been incredible.
Aimee is polite, kind, and so efficient. Her communications skills have been excellent throughout and she has been able to provide thorough updates and counsel as well as being able to speak to all stakeholders involved and keep things moving.

Had to call as sale notice attached to road sign out side my property and asked for it to be removed this is against bylaws, said they would speak to sign company to remove and not done!!!!Annoying as they are complicit in breaking the law

So thankful for the Rice Estates team in Bournville. Professional and efficient with loads of local expert knowledge and to top it all, a fab, friendly bunch as well.
Our recent purchase seemed to be fraught with ups and downs, but their focus and approach was always to help get things sorted and offer ideas and ways forward.
