Recently sold my property with Dixons Northfield. I found Paul very helpful/professional with the viewings and general enquires. Candy went above and beyond with helping when an unexpected request was made from the solicitors last minute which resulted in my property being completed when needed and generally a helpful/approachable person. Lydia was always happy to help with any questions/queries/issues that came up and was only ever a email/phone call away when needed. In general my experience with Dixons Northfield as a branch/estate agents were very good and no issues although the solicitors that were used let the process down unfortunately however that is no reflection on Dixons or their team.

We had an amazing service from Paul Orme.
We’d found a house we liked, however our house wasn’t on the market & we had a short period of time to get ours on the market and under offer to proceed with the house we’d found. Paul wasted no time & did everything he could to get us sorted… he had our house listed, numerous viewings & finally under offer (for the price we wanted) all within a couple of weeks. Fast forward to today & we’ve completed on our sale with the buyer Paul found & we moved into our new home. Paul is an asset to Dixon’s & the sole reason I’d used Dixon’s in the future.

Probably the best experience I’ve ever had with real estate agents with absolute class. Starting from the marketing team, Paul , an absolute gentleman I might add, gave his time to show us around multiple properties that fitted our description and didn’t give up until he found the right one for us and in addition helped us finding the right mortgage broker and lawyers without any hassle as well as another agent, Lydia , who managed to communicate with the sellers of the property and as a result chased up the property so matters could be exchanged swiftly
Again, what a brilliant team this guys were ,would definitely recommend to any one knew in the estate business !!!

From the initial enquiry and visit from Shaneen to completion, Dixons were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They took all our fears (not having moved for 42 years) on board and catered to our 'whims'. Paul conducted the viewings with minimum inconvenience and fuss. Both he and Lydia kept us well informed at each stage and made sure our sale was relatively painless. We would gladly recommend Dixons Northfield as a whole.
