I had one viewing with this estate agency, agent named Racha was very friendly and polite. After the viewing we arranged next day (Saturday) to see another property we said to meet a 15:00. Racha said it would be perfect for her and she works until 16:00. Me and my friend came early, i texted her to inform that we nearby. Exactly at 15:00 i tried to knock and use the door bell, but obviously no one was there, i tired to call to the agent but phone was unavailable, i have tried few times, and left one voice mail. I have send massage to another phone number(which was provided with address of agency) to ask if someone will come to show us the property, also no one responded . Its very unprofessional and not respectful customer service, i would suggest to people avoid them, dont waste your time. Its my first review ever, because we just wasted our Saturday. Really horrible customer service... Read more
