WORST Experience I had an extremely disappointing experience with Square Quarters Agency. They rented me a flat without informing me of ongoing construction that lasted the entire year, causing constant disruption. The landlord was also highly problematic and uncooperative, which the agency failed to address or mediate effectively. The service provided was unprofessional and lacking in basic tenant care. There was no clear communication, and my concerns were largely ignored. As a result, I endured a year of unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I had a viewing arranged with Frank Mistou for a flat at 1 pm, someone sent an offer for it that morning. I received no notification, no email, no sms, no call. We are a French couple who just arrived in London to live here for a few years, we were looking for a beautiful flat to rent and made a viewing with Aysima from Square Quarters agency. We really want to thank her for the advices she gave us on the London Market, for her genuine kindness and most of all her efficiency. We made the offer the same day we made the viewing and she answered in the minute, explained us all the next steps and prepared the documents! Do not use this estate agent - David is unprofessional and will not keep you informed regarding properties. They do not respond, book viewings and cancel viewings last minute without informing you by phone. He seemed insincere on the phone despite my complaint and agreed that he had not tried to call me about the cancellation and had emailed instead. Do not use! (To add - David did not try to call me to cancel the viewing as suggested below and he said to me on the phone when I called again that he had emailed the cancellation instead.)... Read more

I've dealt with square quarters for at least 8 years as a landlord and also from the perspective as a Tennant. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sublet or rent in the islington area. Give them the time and information and they get it sorted. Given I've had some stressful Tennant's in the past, dealing with the team and especially the boss - makes it a pleasure. My wife and I have sold properties through multiple different large estate agent chains for many year's and we can honestly say, they have not provided an outstanding service as these guys have. Our property was on the market for 6 months with one of their competitors and when we decided to take a chance with Square Quarters, it sold in just under 2. I've never felt the need to write a review before, however i feel this one is necessary. I recently switched from a large chain agent who had my property on the market for over 6 months. They had numerous excuses for this and even blamed Brexit for their incompetence! Luckily, i switched to these guys who promised to get my property off the market in less than 6 weeks .. in which they did. Thank you very much for keeping your word Square Quarters! Will do my best to avoid Square Quarters in the future. Had a thoroughly unpleasant experience of renting property. On our initial viewing we weren't allowed to view the largest bedroom even though the tenants had several days notice. Getting actual images and pictures of the room took nearly one month after we had seen the house, the entire time which we were pressured to find a last tenant for the house but hand't even seen the room! Kept in the dark for the longest time about furniture to be included and were subsequently misled as Charlotte didn't seem to know what actually belonged to the house (and then had the nerve to tell us to google what fully furnished meant, even though that is entirely up to the landlord..and her job to then correctly communicate to us) On our initial viewing were told that broken furniture would be replaced (it wasn't) that certain furniture would be included (it wasn't) that the house would be painted before we moved in (it wasn't) Upon moving in on a Saturday and finding out the house hadn't been painted as agreed, no one was reachable. The office girl swore she would call back but there was no follow-up or anything from the agency, not even during the following work week. Overall, completely let down by Charlotte and her team. The entire process seemed not transparent and shady. Would not recommend to friends.... Read more
