WORST Experience I had an extremely disappointing experience with Square Quarters Agency. They rented me a flat without informing me of ongoing construction that lasted the entire year, causing constant disruption. The landlord was also highly problematic and uncooperative, which the agency failed to address or mediate effectively. The service provided was unprofessional and lacking in basic tenant care. There was no clear communication, and my concerns were largely ignored. As a result, I endured a year of unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I had a viewing arranged with Frank Mistou for a flat at 1 pm, someone sent an offer for it that morning. I received no notification, no email, no sms, no call. We are a French couple who just arrived in London to live here for a few years, we were looking for a beautiful flat to rent and made a viewing with Aysima from Square Quarters agency. We really want to thank her for the advices she gave us on the London Market, for her genuine kindness and most of all her efficiency. We made the offer the same day we made the viewing and she answered in the minute, explained us all the next steps and prepared the documents!
