Karim is one of the most sneaky Estate agent I've ever come across. He tells the dps he's renting studios when they're just rooms. Keeping people on benefits deposits and cuts corners at every chance. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Even when it comes to court he uses different names to take you court. #roguelandlord

I recently rented a property through this company, and they were really helpful with answering my questions and ensuring the renting process was smooth and professional. It was my first time renting a property, so I was doubtful putting a holding deposit down - but after some research and clear guidance from the agent and going through the terms and conditions I was no longer doubtful.
The agent had all the right paperwork and was more than happy to talk the process through with me and answer all my questions. My references which came back good was done within 48 hours, and I was moved in within the week!
I am very happy with the customer service, and my flat. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Karim.

They also have this business down as crown builders. Avoid them at all costs. No one answers calls either.

Well there ads are on zoopla all the time when you contact them they say we only have one place if ad is gone then remove from zoopla.even old ads are still there

Unfortunately, this company are unable to operate in a professional manner. I would urge anyone looking for a property to avoid this company at all costs, unless they want to get ripped off. No formal protocol or processes, if you have an enquiry they do not want to answer they will simply avoid the question.
Despite the poor experience, you could class this as a lucky escape. I couldn't think of anyone worse to manage a property.
Be smart and choose another company!
