Took over property refused to do repairs for 3years left tenants without hot water . Electric staff polite but incompetent . Place condemned by Leeds city 3 years ago by council . manger owner gift of gab but don't solve issues . Still not done property up after being told by council . Pay Ur rent and be ignored by crystal properties . U have to get council to force them to do anything stay away needs shutting down slum landlord... Read more

Awful company i didnt have a bedroom for almost a year due to my roof falling apart causing damp and mold. They didnt do anything about it. Then went on to trying to evict us multiple times which led to us just leaving as the house was falling apart. He would just show up to our house with no warning to just have a screaming match with us. Wouldn’t recommend to people.... Read more

Very great staff update with product knowledge Sarah always there to help people even it’s not part of her job. She definitely goes the extra mile for her clients and if someone is stuck she will guide them with the right direction these guys have managed my property over 10 yrs have no regret one single day trust is there sometimes am slack but these quits will rectify everything and tell it’s all be done soo convenient and feasible as well . I stupidly asked these people to manage my property.. 6 years later I have ended up almost £10000 out of pocket due to their incompetence and mismanagement. The owner certainly has the 'gift of the gab' but their communication and integrity is terrible and I would advise people to stay well clear of Crystal Properties and find a reputable agent instead.... I used to be a Tennant of theirs years ago. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. Thieving robbing T@#T HE IS. The owner changed my tenancy over to my ex without me knowing . The tenancy was in my name alone and I couldn't get any of my belongings or furniture.. ALSO TAKES THEM FOREVER TO SORT ANY REPAIRS OUT... Read more
