When my husband and I wanted to rent a property, Lota property was the first agent we had contacted. Bobby was very professional and friendly when we first met him. He first showed us a flat, when he realised the apartment was a bit smaller for us, he quickly showed us another property. It was clean, good size and met our budget. Absolut rubbish. The lady was already kind of arrogant on the phone when we arranged the viewing. She confirmed my impression later on. She never send me a confirmation sms with address details. I did not know the hous number (and it is a long road). I was already annoyed by this. I had to come from Sheffield to Leeds for this viewing and I was cautious and needed certainty about my appointments. Therefore I called the office 1 hour before the viewing 1. to confirm my appointment, because she didn't do it by sms although she told me she would! 2. to get the address, because she did not tell me!! 3. to tell her I will be a bit late, max. 15 min too late, because my train was delayed. This woman dared to answer me, that she can not 'be there' in this case. She has such a tide schedule (with a very arrogant voice and not wven sayin sorry at least)... I hung up. Obviously they do not need customers. How much time did she plan in for me? 5min? You should plan in 30 min for each viewing!!! To be honest I would have made it just on time, but I just wanted to make sure... and it was good that I did. Luckily I did decide to call before purchasing a train ticket...... Read more

Great customer service. I have my properties with Lota Properties for over 7 years. Rent is always on time and I have never had a problem. Bobby at the south Leeds branch is great and I usually deal with Randeep at the North Leeds branch.
