Not a great experience. Midway through a transaction and it's been extremely slow to get updates as the client, lots of minor admin / communication errors, unclear on status and timelines/plan despite repeated chasing. In all, it's been pretty unprofessional for a professional services firm. I'd go elsewhere if I hadn't already started the legal process and want to see it finalised without any extra complications like changing legal firm... :/... Read more
