I was with other 2 agencies before which were not good at all until I found the "RIGHT ONE". Eamonn - you really didn't disappoint me and kept your promise when you said that you will sell our house. Had only ever used one of the well known High Street estate agents to sell a house previously. I'd like to say that the service we received this time from Right 1 Ltd was every bit as good as theirs, (our agent showed people, and our eventual buyers amongst them, around on a weekend day for instance at the drop of a hat and couldn't have been more helpful) and for the original advertising, were even better. Dealt with James, within a week of listing he had carried out viewings as promised and achieved an offer for the same amount of rent as promised by our previous Letting agent but for a far more competitive fee. Absolutely shocking. My elderly mother-in-law who is clearly not in the best of health made an offer of full asking price on a bungalow for sale with Righrt One. The offer was accepted by the vendor, solicitors had been instructed and my mother-in-law gets a phone call from Right One late in the afternoon saying sorry but your offer has now been rejected by the vendor as another buyer has put in the same offer but isn't in a chain and the vendor has decided to go with that. My wife called Right One the following day and was told there is nothing they can do. She then called in to see the vendor, a very nice elderly lady to ask what was going on, the vendor said she was acting on Right One's instructions as the mother-in-law was in a chain that could fall through. She isn't in a chain at all and right one knew this. The vendor was as shocked as we were. Based on their customer service and feed back we have had from other, more repeatable local agents I would strongly recommend using someone else other than Right One.... Read more

Very happy with the service we received when selling our house. Quickly came and valued our house, took photos and got the details on the net asap.We opted for the basic £495 fixed fee. Our house sold in under 24hrs with the fees saving us approx £3.5k to what other High St agents would have charged. Brilliant! I Would not recommend. Moved in to a right 1 rental property and reported a fault . It still has not been resolved 2 month on. They are really keen to take your money, but when they need to fix problem better be patient!... Read more

Would not recommend. Moved in to a right 1 rental property and reported a fault with the boiler immediately. It still has not been resolved 1 month on. I am woken up every day because the boiler is so noisy. We can not sleep on the top floor of the property because of this. This agency is keen to take your money but the aftercare is very limited. We will be moving out soon if the issue is not resolved.... Read more
