Eamonn throughout the process took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and found us our perfect home, combining everything we had asked for. The communication throughout was impeccable which made the whole process as stress free as possible. I was with other 2 agencies before which were not good at all until I found the "RIGHT ONE". Eamonn - you really didn't disappoint me and kept your promise when you said that you will sell our house. Had only ever used one of the well known High Street estate agents to sell a house previously. I'd like to say that the service we received this time from Right 1 Ltd was every bit as good as theirs, (our agent showed people, and our eventual buyers amongst them, around on a weekend day for instance at the drop of a hat and couldn't have been more helpful) and for the original advertising, were even better. Their fixed (very competitive) fee saved us a fortune! Brilliant job, would absolutely recommend them.... Read more

Dealt with James, within a week of listing he had carried out viewings as promised and achieved an offer for the same amount of rent as promised by our previous Letting agent but for a far more competitive fee. Very accommodating and took a lot of the stress out of the process for me. I will be passing on my recommendations to others.... Read more
