Very disappointing! Mac Cheema was not truthful throughout the process. There was an initial hidden cost at the beginning to pay for checks. Other estate agents do not have this costing. He applied a lot of pressure on me to change lenders and increase my offer when there were issues during the process. Towards the end, he kept stating that we're close to completing and exchanging, however, my personal estate agent and my solicitor both said that this was not the case. He kept trying to put pressure on me to chase things up that didn't need chasing. Mac kept stating that it was IMPERATIVE that XYZ had got done. Again, from having spoken to my solicitor and estate agent, this was not the case. He was not on the side of the buyer. He was extremely ruthless and pushy. Finally, when collecting the keys, I had to meet him in a public location, near a train station, rather than the official office. It was extremely odd - Not entirely sure if there is an office? I would not trust him - Please do not use!... Read more

We have just sold and completed the sale of our house and the experience of using Mac Cheema of Keller Williams Meldone Estates could not have been better! From the moment he made contact to the point of seeing the sale through Mac was professional, knowledgeable, committed and essentially he delivered exactly what he said he would. Following his taylor made marketing approach we had several viewings within the first 2 weeks after which Mac helped us negotiate a fair price with a buyer. The Gazeal contract offered by Keller Williams gave us peace of mind and saved time in the selling process and we were in a position to exchange within 6 weeks of accepting the offer. I believe this is down to the unique way in which Mac operates. Being his own boss his diary is flexible and he was able to schedule viewings at any time which as a property investor myself I believe is important to keep potential buyers emotionally interested. I moved into this house in February 2017 after getting divorced. I wanted somewhere that was a safe haven and comfortable. I instantly fell in love with the bay windows and the stained glass detail. Bright airy rooms have always appealed to me. The garden has been my sanctuary, a perfect little sun trap and private enough to relax on a lounger or do my workouts outside on the decking. We as a family have enjoyed many bar bqs. The neighbours are lovely, very friendly without being overbearing, we all look out for each other and help each other if we can. The location in terms of travel is perfect as there are two main stations close by, one covering London Bridge, Victoria and other main London stations and then Ebbsfleet International which covers Ashford, the coast, st pancras in 17 minutes and Paris/Belgium in just a few hours. There are shops opposite and either side all within walking distance so all essentials are local. Next door to the house is one the finest schools in Gravesend should that be a consideration I have been very happy here so you may wonder why I’m leaving, quite simply my family situation is changing and I’m moving to accommodate those changes....
