I had a pleasant experience with James Laurence, from the day of viewing till sorting out the tenancy checks.
I found that I had to wait a while to get through to other letting agencies or leave a message but never had any issues getting through to JL. Pleasant team overall. I would definitely recommend based on my experience.

Very professional initial consultation but had several issues with person that conducted viewings. Gave different incorrect information to multiple viewers and denied it when corrected. Even after being corrected he still gave incorrect information. Negotiated a lower price with our buyer without speaking to us first. Sadly I felt this individual spoiled our experience with James Lawrence.
