Very professional, vetting viewers properly. Accompanying viewers ensuring genuine feedback. Always polite and helpful. Their knowledge of the local area is impressive as is their representation online. They use professional photography which is money well spent, especially the virtual tour, if offered. Liaison between Seller and Buyer is dealt with in a friendly and professional way.
I would recommend Balgores as soon as you decide to move.

We just purchased a flat through Balgores, we dealt with Allanah and Sarah both very helpful and on the ball, Sarah especially good at chasing Solicitors and keeping us updated, she was always happy to answer questions and quick to find out answers to any queries we had, subsequently the whole thing took approx 10 weeks from offer to Completion. Probably as stress free as you can get purchasing property!
